Section "A"

•          The reinforced concrete frame of the building is completed.
•          The brickwork is done from the 3rd to the 14th and from the 16th to the 23rd floors; it is still in process on the 15th, 24th floors.
•          The stairways are fully mounted.
•          Ventilation units are installed from 3rd to 24th floor.
•          Construction and installation work on the design of a glass facade of 1 - 2 floors are being carried out, the frame installation is still in process.
•          Windows on floors 3 - 14 and 16 - 23 are mounted, work continues.
•          Work is underway to make a floor screed, work is done on the 4th - 16th and 19th - 21st floors.
•          Work is underway to arrange a balcony screed on floors 3 - 6.
•          Work is underway on the device for facade insulation; work has been carried out from the 3rd to the 16th floor.
•          Work is underway on the installation of a balcony fence frame from floors 3 to 24, is 60% complete.
•          Work is underway on the installation of utility networks for hot and cold water, is 50% complete.
•          The distribution of heating pipes is 75% complete.
•          Drainage is made by 50%.
•          Works on putting the plaster on walls of 16-24 floors are carried out from 4-14 floors.
•          Works on waterproofing of balconies are carried out. 3-22 floors have been completed.
•          Works on the installation of apartment doors are performed on the 4-8th floors.
•          Finishing work started at 4th floor for 8%, 6th - for 8%, 8th - for 15%.
•          The installation of the equipment of the boiler house is carried out at 70%, works are also carried out on the gasification of the boiler room at the site of work performed at 60%.

•          Section frame is completed.

•          The ventilation units are fully mounted.
•          Windows are installed from 3rd to 24th floor.
•          Installation of plumbing networks is underway.
•          Sewer risers mounted from 3rd to 24th floor.
•          The first zone of the risers for water supply and heating from the 3rd to the 12th floor is mounted at 100%. We started work on the installation of the second water supply zone from the 13th to the 24th floor.
•          Work is underway on the installation of utility networks for hot and cold water, is 65% complete.
•          The distribution of heating pipes is 90% complete.
•          Drainage is 90% complete.
•          Work on the device screed floor performed on 4 - 20 floors.
•          Work is being carried out on the device screed of the balconies, performed on 5 - 18 floors.
•          Work on the insulation and installation of the ventilated facade from 1 to 22 floors, is 97% complete.
•          The installation of the balcony fence frame from the 3rd to the 24th floors is being carried out, is 75% complete.
•          Work on the facade insulation from 3 to 24 floors, is 80% complete.
•          Works on the waterproofing of balconies are performed on floors 4 - 17.
•          Works on putting the plaster on walls on 3 and 21 - 23 floors, plaster works are performed on 4 - 20 and 22, 24 floors.
•          Works on the installation of apartment doors are carried out on floors 5 - 19.
•          Finishing works of apartments are being carried out: on the 5th floor - 70%, on 6th - 60%, on 7th - 80%, on 8th - 20%, on 9th - 1%, on 10th - 15%, on 11th - 5%, on12th - 20%, on 14th - 8%, on 15th - 5%.
