In September, the cost of renovation at S1 Obolon will increase

Starting from September, the renovation price at S1 Obolon will rise from $485 to $520 per m².

This is a planned price update that reflects market dynamics and the rising cost of construction materials.

Please note:

- The most advantageous option is to reserve an apartment by August 31, 2025, with a fixed renovation cost of $485 per square meter.
- The price increase does not apply to investors with already signed contracts.
