Section "A"

• The reinforced concrete frame of the building is completed.
• The brickwork from the 3rd to the 14th and from the 16th to the 23rd floors has been finished; on the 15th, 24th floors it is still in process.
• The staircase is fully mounted.
• Ventilation units are installed from 3rd to 24th floor.
• Construction and installation works on the glass facade of 1-2 floors and the frame installations are still in process.
• Windows are mounted on floors 3 - 14 and 16 - 23, work continues.
• Work is underway to make a floor screed, work is done on the 4th-16th and 19th - 21st floors.
• Work is underway to arrange a balcony screed on floors 3 - 6.
• Work is underway on the construction for facade insulation; work has been completed on floors from 3 to 16.
• Work is underway on the installation of a balcony fence frame from floors 3 to 24, completed by 47%.
• Work is underway on the installation of utility networks for hot and cold water, 50% completed.
• The distribution of heating pipes is 75% completed.
• Drainage is completed by 50%.

• Section frame is completed.

• Windows are installed from 3rd to 24th floor.
• The installation of plumbing networks is in process.
• Sewer risers are mounted from 3rd to 24th floor.
• The first zone of the risers for water supply and heating from the 3rd to the 12th floor is mounted by 100%. Work on the installation of the second water supply zone from floors 13 to 24 began.
• Work is underway on the installation of utility networks for hot and cold water, 65% is completed.
• The distribution of heating pipes is 90% completed.
• Drainage is 90% completed.
• Work is underway to make floor screeds on floors 4 - 20.
• Work is being carried out on the screeds on the balconies, performed on 5 - 18 floors.
• Works on insulation and installation of a ventilated facade in axes 11/2-12/2 are carried out from the 1st to the 22nd floor, 97% is completed.
• Works on the installation of the frame of the balcony railing are carried out from the 3rd to the 24th floors, 65% is completed.
• Work on the facade insulation is carried out from 3 to 24 floors, 80% is completed.
• Works on the waterproofing of balconies are performed on floors 4 - 17.
• Works on putting the plaster on walls on 3 and 21 - 23 floors, plaster on 4 - 20 and 22, 24 floors are carried out.
• Works on the installation of apartment doors are carried out on floors 5 - 16.
• Finishing works of apartments on 5 - 8, 10 - 12, 14 - 15 floors are carried out.
