
Standard One launches S1 Pozniaky — a new income property on the lakefront
Standard One has opened sales for S1 Pozniaky, its newest income-generating property on the shore of Sribnyi Kil Lake. This is the fourth project in the company’s build-to-rent portfolio and its largest so far, offering 756 apartments across 24 floors.

The building is set directly on the lakefront and just a three-minute walk from the Poznyaky metro station, with a 20-minute ride to central Kyiv.
The neighborhood already offers everything residents need: schools, kindergartens, supermarkets, gyms, cafés, and restaurants. Nearby are Pozniaky Park and the “Kyiv Yizha” food market. The first three floors of the building will feature a 7,000 m² retail center with a supermarket, cafés, pharmacies, and a dental clinic.
