CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF S1 OBOLON. April 2023

Spring is in full swing, and with the warmth comes new opportunities for construction. In April, we resumed work at the S1 Obolon construction site and are actively working to bring your dreams to life.

In April, we performed:

- Works on the installation of a concrete fence.
- Arrangement of 9 piles under the tower crane.
- Water-lowering measures were implemented.

In May, we plan to:

- Completion of the concrete fence.
- Installation of the foundation of the tower crane.
- Installation of a tower crane.
- Beginning of works on the arrangement of the pile field (jet column).
- Start of works on waterproofing the underground part of the building.
- Construction of parking lot walls and foundations.

Everything will be Ukraine!
