S1 Poznyaky Construction Update: August Results and September 2026 Plans

We continue to share the construction progress of the S1 Poznyaky. Here's what was completed in August and what's planned for September.

August Progress

Waterproofing of the residential part of the building is 90% complete.

In the basement level of the building, installation of vertical reinforced concrete structures reached 50%, while installation of the basement floor slab reached 20%.

Waterproofing of the stylobate part of the building was also initiated, reaching 20%.

September Plans

In September, we plan to fully complete waterproofing of the residential part of the building (100%).

Installation of vertical reinforced concrete structures and the floor slab in the basement level is also planned to reach 100%.

We will begin installation of vertical reinforced concrete structures for the 1st floor, with planned completion at 20%.

Waterproofing of the stylobate part of the building is planned to reach 40%, and we will also begin installation of foundations for the stylobate part, with planned completion at 30%.
