● The reinforced concrete frame of the house is completed.

● Brick masonry is made from 3rd to 24th floors.

● Stair marches are fully assembled.

● Construction and installation work on the arrangement of a glass facade of 1st - 2nd floors

is executed on 95%

● Windows are fully assembled.

● Work on the arrangement of the floor screed continues on the 23rd floor, the rest are

executed.

● Works on the arrangement of insulation of the facade from 3rd to 16th floor are completed,

others are in operation.

● Work on the installation of a fence frame of balconies from 3rd to 24th floors completed by

80%.

● Works on the installation of engineering networks of HG-B completed by 95%.

● The heating pipes installation is completed by 95%.

● Drainage is completed by 98%.

● Works on applying plaster on walls are completed by 100%.

● Waterproofing of balconies is carried out on 3rd - 22nd floors.

● The work on installing apartment doors continues on 17th - 24th floors, the rest are

executed.

● Finishing work continues: the 4th floor is completed by 60%, 6th by 45%, 7th by 25%, 8th

by 60%, 9th by 20%, 10th by 55%, 11th by 45%, 13th by 15%, 14th by 30%, 15th by 35%,

16th by 25%, 24th by 10%.

● Installation of boiler equipment is completed by 100%.

● Gasification of the boiler on the site was completed by 98%.

Section B

● The frame of the section is completed.

● Brick masonry is made from 3th to 24th floors.

● Stair marches are fully assembled.

● Ventilation units are fully assembled.

● Windows are mounted from 3rg to 24th floors.

● Works on the installation of sanitary nets are in process.

● Sewer risers are mounted from 3rd to 24th floors.

● The first zone of water supply and heating risers from 3rd to 12th floor is completed by

100%. The work on the installation of the second water supply zone from 13th to 24th floor

has been started by 80%.

● Works on the installation of engineering networks of HG-B performed at 90%.

● The heating pipes are installed at 95%.

● Sewage is done by 90%.

● Work on insulation and installation of a ventilated facade in axes 11 / 2 -12 / 2 from 1st to

22nd floor is performed on 98%.

● Work on the installation of a fence frame of balconies from 3rd to 24th floors is completed

by 85%.

● Work is carried out on insulation of the facade from 3rd to 24th floors, executed 80%.

● Works on waterproofing balconies are completed by 100%.

● Gypsum plasters in the apartments and the ILO have been completed.

● Works on the installation of apartment doors are completed by 98%.

● Finishing works are performed on 5th, 6th floors on 90%, on the 7th floor - 99%, 8th.10th

floors - 85%, 9th - 70%, 11th floor - 75%, 12th floor - 85% , 13th floor - 25%, 14th floor -

85%, 15th floor - 70%, 16th floor - 65%, 17th floor - 15%, 18th - 65%, 19th floor - 40%, 20th

floor - by 5%, 21st-23rd floors - by 5%, 24th - by 15%.

● Started assembly of furniture and household appliances by 5th-6th floor completed by

30%, 7th completed by 99%, 8th-12th,14th completed by 5%.
