About the promotion

Standard One and COMFY have launched a joint promotion for buyers of one-bedroom apartments in S1 Obolon. Along with a new apartment, every buyer will receive a guaranteed gift certificate for the COMFY online store worth either 50,000 or 100,000 UAH. With the certificate, furnishing your apartment becomes easier. COMFY offers a wide selection of home appliances.

Terms

The promotion applies to select one-bedroom apartments in S1 Obolon. To receive a COMFY certificate, you must sign a purchase agreement by September 30, 2026 inclusive, and pay a down payment of at least 60% of the apartment's cost by October 15 inclusive. Every buyer who meets these conditions will receive a certificate worth 50,000 UAH. Three participants will receive certificates worth 100,000 UAH — they will be selected at random after the promotion ends. One certificate is provided per apartment purchased.

How to participate

1. Choose a one-bedroom apartment in S1 Obolon that is part of the promotion. Available apartments and floor plans can be confirmed with the Standard One sales department.

2. Sign the purchase agreement by September 30, 2026 inclusive.

3. Pay the down payment — at least 60% of the apartment's cost — by October 15, 2026 inclusive. Once the funds are received, you will become a participant in the promotion and will be entitled to receive one certificate for the apartment purchased.

Receiving the certificate means purchasing it for 1 UAH.
