S1 Obolon Construction Update: August Results and September 2026 Plans
We continue to share the construction progress of the S1 Obolon. Here's what was completed in August and what's planned for September.
August Progress
On the rear façade of the building, up to the 15th floor (Sections A and B), balcony enclosure installation continued: bracket installation is fully complete, while installation of metal structures and fiber cement panels reached 80%.
In the heating system, up to the 16th floor, radiator installation reached 60%.
Electrical and plumbing works are ongoing on floors 1–16. As part of the plumbing works, installation of in-unit water supply and sewage networks reached 50%.
In the air conditioning system on floors 1–16, installation of in-unit refrigerant lines is 60% complete.
Regarding external utility networks: water supply works are 20% complete, while both sewage networks — K1 and K2 — have been fully completed.
Landscaping works on the territory are ongoing: paving is 30% complete, the irrigation system installation is at 20%, and outdoor lighting is at 10%.
September Plans
In September, we will continue balcony enclosure works on the rear façade (Sections A, B) up to the 15th floor: installation of metal structures and fiber cement panels is planned to reach 80%.
Radiator installation for the heating system up to the 16th floor is planned to reach 80%.
Installation of in-unit water supply and sewage networks is planned to reach 60%, and in-unit refrigerant lines for the air conditioning system — 70%.
For external networks, water supply is planned to reach 50%, and installation of the additional K2 network will begin, with planned completion at 50%.
Landscaping works will continue across three areas: paving — up to 40%, irrigation system — up to 30%, outdoor lighting — up to 20%.
Additionally, in September we plan to begin monolithic works on the 18th floor and brick masonry on the 17th floor.
