CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF S1 POZNIAKY. MARCH 2026

We’re sharing the latest updates from the S1 Pozniaky construction site for March 2026, along with our plans for April 2026.

Completed in March 2026:

- Installation of pile foundations – 100%
- Testing of pile groups – 100%
- Soil preparation for foundation works – 75%
- Waterproofing of the high-rise section of the building – 15%
- Waterproofing of the elevator pit – 100%
- Construction of foundations for the high-rise section – 30%
- Backfilling with layer-by-layer soil compaction within the foundation area of the high-rise section – 45%
- Installation of lightning protection within reinforced concrete grillage structures – 30%

Plans for April 2026:

- Complete soil preparation for foundation works – 100%
- Waterproofing of the residential section of the building – 65%
- Complete foundations for the high-rise section – 100%
- Complete backfilling with layer-by-layer soil compaction within the foundation area – 100%
- Complete installation of lightning protection within reinforced concrete grillage structures – 100%
- Begin vertical reinforced concrete structures of the basement level – 30%
