On the side of Sicheslavska Street:
- Installation of aluminum profiles and slopes from fiber cement slabs of the NVF system from the 13th to the 24th floors - 100%
- Cutting and installation of fiber cement boards of the NVF system from the 13th to the 24th floors - by 50%

Plans for October 2024:

On the side of Sicheslavska Street:
- Cutting and installation of fiber cement slabs of the NVF system from the mark +38.914m. To +72.839m (13-24 floors) - 50%.
On the Novus side:
- Installation of 2 layers of insulation, NVF system from elevation +38.914m to +72.811m (13-24 floors) - 100%
- Arrangement of aluminum profiles of the NVF system from the mark +38.914m. Up to +72.811 m. (13-24 floors) - 100%.
- Fabrication and installation of fire protection cut-offs and tides from the ACP of the NVF system from the marker +38.914m. To +72.811m (13-24 floors) - 100%.
