Construction News S1 Obolon: what was done in March 2024 and plans for April
We are pleased to share with you our achievements regarding the construction progress.

In the first month of spring, we made significant progress:
- The installation of vertical elements on the ground floor is 100% complete.
- Installation of the first floor slab is 100% complete.
- Installation of vertical elements on the second floor is 50% complete.
- Installation of the floor slab of the second floor is 50% complete.
- Brickwork in the basement has begun, with 15% of the work completed.

It is planned to be completed in April 2024:
- Installation of vertical elements of the second floor will be 100% complete.
- Installation of vertical elements of the third floor will be 50% complete.
- The third floor slab will be 30% complete.
