1. Bigger Down Payment — Bigger Discount
Apartments from the 10th to 24th floors — 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units — are available under a discount system based on the size of your down payment. This lets you manage your own savings: the bigger your down payment today, the bigger your discount on price per m².
The discount size depends on your down payment amount:
- from 50% — 3% discount
- from 60% — 4% discount
- from 70% — 6% discount
- from 80% and above — 8% discount
The discount applies only to the price per square meter; renovation is paid separately.
2. Utility Rate Difference Compensation
Buy a 1-, 2-, or 3-bedroom apartment with a down payment of 30% or more and get utility payment compensation for several years ahead.
The compensation amount is $50 per month.
For apartments from the 6th to 9th floors, the compensation applies for 3 years — a total of $1,800.
If you choose an apartment from the 10th to 24th floors, the compensation applies for 5 years, reaching a total of $3,000.
This is real savings on monthly expenses that will let you plan your budget more comfortably in the first years of living in your new home.
