In June 2026, the following works were completed at the site:
Brickwork — completed up to the 16th floor.
Balcony enclosures (3rd–15th floors, rear façade, sections A and B):
- Bracket installation — 90%
- Metal structure installation — 70%
- Fiber cement panel installation — 70%
Heating system (up to the 16th floor) — completed.
Interior plastering (3rd–15th floors) — completed.
Floor screed (3rd–15th floors) — completed.
Monolithic works (3rd–16th floors) — completed.
Electrical works (1st–16th floors):
- Cable tray installation — 100%
- Floor-by-floor apartment power network installation — 100%
- Power riser installation — 100%
External networks:
- Water supply — 50%
- Sewerage K1 — 50%
- Sewerage K2 — 50%
Plans for July 2026
In July, construction crews will continue work in the following areas:
Balcony enclosures (3rd–15th floors, rear façade, sections A and B):
- Bracket installation — up to 100%
- Metal structure installation — up to 100%
- Fiber cement panel installation — up to 100%
Heating system — radiator installation (1st–16th floors) — 40%.
Electrical works (1st–16th floors) — continuation.
Plumbing works (1st–16th floors) — installation of apartment water supply and sewerage networks — 60%.
Air conditioning (1st–16th floors) — installation of apartment freon lines — 50%.
External networks:
- Water supply — 50%
- Sewerage K1 — up to 100%
- Sewerage K2 — up to 100%
Landscaping and site improvement — initial works will begin.
