S1 Obolon Construction Update: December 2025 Results and January 2026 Plans

December was a productive month for the S1 Obolon construction team. Work continued across several key areas, including masonry, engineering systems, and structural works.

Completed in December 2025

Internal brickwork:
- 6th floor — 100%
- 11th floor — 80%
- 12th floor — 20%
- 16th floor — 90%

Balcony fencing (avenue side):
- bracket installation — 70%
- metal structures installation — 70%
- fiber cement panels installation — 40%

Heating system (floor-by-floor):
- 2nd floor — 90%
- 6th floor — 90%
- 9th floor — 100%
- 10th floor — 100%

Internal plastering:
- 2nd floor — 100%
- 6th floor — 100%

Floor screed:
- 6th floor — 100%
- 9th floor — 100%
- 10th floor — 100%

Plans for January 2026

In January, the focus will be on completing key stages and progressing to façade works.

- 11th floor — 100%
- 12th floor — 80%
- 13th floor — 20%
- 16th floor — 100%

Internal plastering, floor screed, and monolithic works are temporarily paused during the cold season and will resume once weather conditions allow.
