S1 Terminal: Construction Progress Report for October 2025

Active work continues at the S1 Terminal site.

As of the end of October:
- The ventilated façade installation from the 4th to the 25th floor is 97% complete;
- The four-story annex near the utility block is 94% complete.

Plans for November 2025:
- Complete the ventilated façade works (4th–25th floor) — 99%;
- Complete the construction of the four-story annex near the utility block — 99%.

The S1 team continues working according to schedule.
