Terminal Construction Progress: May Highlights & June Plans

In May 2025, we accomplished key construction milestones at the Terminal. Brackets, insulation, and aluminum profiles on the NVF facade system for floors 7–24 (excluding 22) reached 80% completion, enabling us to move forward with finishing works. The utility meter room is fully built and waterproofed; the “PARUS” metal structure assembly is now complete.

We also installed Aluprof MB‑86 ST windows and doors on floors 12–24 in full, and finished the “wet” rough facade works on level 4. The fire‑exit annex is 25% complete.

June’s agenda targets include completing 75% of fiber‑cement panels and insulation for the “PARUS” facade, building 50% of the annex, and finalizing waterproofing in the utility room. Preparatory works for the technical unit (TP) are also scheduled for completion.
