The S1 Obolon team is actively advancing the project, adhering to strict timelines and maintaining high-quality standards. In January 2025, we achieved significant milestones that highlight steady construction progress.
Achievements in January 2025:
Completed 100% of the vertical structural elements for the 11th floor. This is a critical stage that ensures the building's strength and stability.
Fully completed the 11th-floor slab (100%), a key component for supporting the upper floors.
Progressed on the 12th floor with 40% of vertical elements and 20% of the floor slab completed, reflecting the dynamic pace of construction.
Achieved 50% completion of brickwork on the 3rd floor, demonstrating consistent work across all building levels.
Plans for February 2025:
Complete 100% of the vertical structural elements and floor slab for the 12th floor, paving the way for the next construction phase.
Begin work on the 13th floor, aiming to complete 40% of vertical elements and 20% of the floor slab, ensuring continuous construction progress.
Finalize 100% of the brickwork on the 3rd floor, facilitating further interior works.
