Construction News S1 Obolon: what was done in August 2024 and plans for September

In August, a lot of important work was done at our S1 Obolon project:

- We completed the installation of the floor slab on the fifth floor and completed the vertical elements of the sixth floor.
- The work on the floor slab of the sixth floor is 80% complete.
- In addition, we have started brickwork on the second and third floors, but so far we have managed to complete only 10% of the planned volume.

What do we plan for September?

- To complete the work on the sixth floor slab and install the vertical elements of the seventh floor.
- After that, we will continue with the floor slab of the seventh floor and start work on the eighth floor.
- We will continue laying bricks on the second floor and make significant progress on the fourth floor.
- Also in September, we will start work on the fire extinguishing system, lighting and communications and the facade, where we plan to complete about a quarter of all planned works.

Thus, September will be a busy month, and we will actively move towards the completion of construction.
