Construction progress of the S1 Obolon project in October 2023:
- The grillage of the high-rise part is already in place!
- Vertical elements of the parking lot are 70% ready.
- Vertical elements of the high-rise part are 20% complete.
- Vertical waterproofing of the high-rise part is 80% ready!
- Vertical elements of the parking lot are 70% ready.
- Vertical elements of the high-rise part are 20% complete.
- Vertical waterproofing of the high-rise part is 80% ready!
Plans for November 2023:
- Bring the vertical elements of the parking lot to 100% completion.
- The vertical elements of the high-rise part will also be 100% complete.
- Complete the vertical waterproofing of the high-rise part.
- Arrange 40% of the parking lot floor slab.
- Arrange 50% of the floor slab of the high-rise part.
