Construction progress of S1 TERMINAL. NOVEMBER 2020

We would like to share with you the hottest news from the construction site!

In November, the days became shorter, but work on the S1 Terminal is in full swing, because the following has been done:

- almost all preparatory work has already been completed;

- 100% completed drainage system for the removal of ground and surface waters;

- the concrete work on the buttresses has been completed to strengthen the old retaining wall;

- work has begun on the installation of brickwork in the basement and has already completed 15% of the total scope;

- preparatory work is underway on the arrangement of flights of stairs;

- We prepared all the equipment for heating concrete, which will be needed in the near future to organize our works as dynamically as possible in the winter. 

Monolithic works on the 1st floor are 100% completed and are currently underway on the 2nd floor, 25% of the scope was completed in November. Now, to level the relief of the construction site, we are backfilling the sinuses, which is 90% complete
