CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF S1 POZNYAKY. JULY 2026

Construction of S1 Poznyaky continues on schedule. In July, the main focus was on waterproofing works for the residential part of the building and the installation of basement structures, while August will mark an active transition to the podium (stylobate) part of the building.

WHAT WAS COMPLETED IN JULY

— Waterproofing of the residential part of the building — 70%
— Installation of vertical reinforced concrete structures of the basement — 25%
— Pile field installation under the podium/non-residential part of the building — 100%

PLANS FOR AUGUST

— Waterproofing of the residential part of the building — 100%
— Installation of vertical reinforced concrete structures of the basement — 90%
— Installation of the basement floor slab — 30%
— Waterproofing of the podium part of the building — 20%
— Installation of foundations for the podium part of the building — 30%
