CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF S1 POZNIAKY. JUNE 2026

In June 2026, the following works were completed at the site:

- Foundation works for the high-rise section of the building — 100%.

- Waterproofing of the residential section of the building — 60%.

- Waterproofing of the stylobate section of the building — 10%.

- Lightning protection installation in reinforced concrete pile cap structures — 100%.

- Vertical reinforced concrete structures of the basement section of the building — 15%.

- Pile field installation under the stylobate (non-residential) section of the building — 35%.

- Foundation works for the stylobate section of the building — 10%.

Plans for July 2026

In July, construction crews will continue work in the following areas:

- Waterproofing of the residential section of the building — up to 80%.

- Vertical reinforced concrete structures of the basement section of the building — up to 60%.

- Basement floor slab installation — up to 30%.

- Pile field installation under the stylobate (non-residential) section of the building — up to 80%.
