Update on the Commissioning Timeline for S1 Obolon
Dear Investors,
We would like to inform you of changes to the construction timeline of the S1 Obolon income-generating property. We are committed to acting openly and transparently, which is why we are reaching out to you with this notice about the schedule shift and an explanation of the reasons behind it.
Taking into account the particular conditions of last winter in Kyiv, the Standard One team has decided to revisit the technical concept for the energy supply system at S1 Obolon — specifically, to ensure uninterrupted power supply to the rooftop gas boiler room and the individual heat distribution unit. Our goal is to ensure that even in the event of power outages, the boiler room and heat unit continue operating or switch to backup power quickly.
The comfort, safety, and energy resilience of the building depend directly on these systems. Some of the updated technical solutions require mandatory additional approval from the city's utility services. As a result, the planned project implementation schedule is being revised.
We currently expect the building to be commissioned in May 2027.
Approvals for the updated designs are nearly finalized, and work on the installation of the technical rooms will resume shortly.
While these changes temporarily affect the project timeline, in the long run they will strengthen the building's quality, energy resilience, and comfort for residents, as well as its investment appeal. For income-generating real estate, it is essential that everything operates reliably even under challenging conditions.
We are grateful for your understanding, patience, and shared belief in the strength of Standard One projects.
