S1 Pozniaky Construction Update — May 2026

Progress in May:

• Foundations for the residential tower section – 80% complete;

• Waterproofing works for the residential section – 50% complete;

• Installation of lightning protection within reinforced concrete pile cap structures – 90% complete;

• Pile foundation works for the podium/commercial section – 30% complete.

Plans for June:

• Completion of foundations for the residential tower section – 100%;

• Waterproofing works for the residential section – 70%;

• Completion of lightning protection installation within reinforced concrete pile cap structures – 100%;

• Construction of reinforced concrete vertical structures for the basement level – 50%;

• Construction of the basement floor slab – 30%;

• Pile foundation works for the podium/commercial section – 70%;

• Construction of foundations for the podium section – 10%.

Construction of S1 Pozniaky is progressing according to schedule!
