S1 Obolon: Construction Progress Continues on Schedule

Significant progress was made at the S1 Obolon construction site throughout May 2026, with all works advancing according to the approved schedule.

Brickwork has now been completed up to the 16th floor. In Sections A and B, balcony railing installation is ongoing on the rear faсade, covering floors 3 through 15.

Faсade works continue as planned. Bracket installation has reached 90% completion, metal framework installation is 70% complete, and fiber cement panel installation has also reached 70%.

Mechanical and engineering systems are progressing steadily. The heating system is nearly complete up to the 16th floor, with heating and water supply manifolds fully installed and radiator installation completed.

Interior finishing works are also moving forward at a strong pace. Plastering has been fully completed from the 3rd to the 15th floor, and floor screeding has been finished on all completed levels. Monolithic concrete works from the 3rd to the 16th floor have been completed in full.

Electrical installation works remain underway. Cable tray installation has been completed 100%, while apartment power distribution networks and vertical power risers have each reached 80% completion.

Work on external utility networks has also begun. Installation of the water supply system and K1 and K2 sewer networks is currently 10% complete.

During June, the project team plans to complete the rear façade works, finalize all electrical installation networks, and make significant progress on external utility infrastructure, targeting 50% overall completion.
