Completed in April

- Soil preparation for foundation works — 100%
- Waterproofing of the residential section of the building — 30%
- Foundation works for the high-rise section of the building — 50%
- Lightning protection installation in the reinforced concrete grillage structures — 80%
- Backfilling with layer-by-layer soil compaction within the foundations of the high-rise section — 100%

Plans for May 2026

- Completion of foundation works for the high-rise section of the building — 100%
- Waterproofing of the residential section of the building — 80%
- Completion of lightning protection installation in the reinforced concrete grillage structures — 100%
- Installation of vertical reinforced concrete structures of the basement section — 60%
- Installation of the basement floor slab — 30%
