Construction of S1 Pozniaky is progressing steadily, and we’re pleased to announce that the project is moving into its next phase. Due to the high pace of construction and in line with the capitalization schedule, the price per square meter will be revised starting May 15, 2026.

The price will increase by $25 per m² across all apartment layouts.
