CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF S1 OBOLON. MARCH 2026

We’re sharing the latest updates from the S1 Obolon construction site for March 2026, along with our plans for April 2026.

What was completed in March:

1. Brickwork: Internal wall brickwork on the 11th, 12th, 13th, and 16th floors has been completed 100%.

2. Work on balcony installation continues on different sides of the building. On the main and side faсades, installation of brackets, metal structures, and fiber cement panels is 80% complete, while on the rear faсade it has reached 40%.

3. Installation of the heating system has begun:

- Heating manifolds – 30% complete
- Water supply manifolds – 30% complete
- Radiator installation – 30% complete

4. The SPOK faсade on the 1st and 2nd floors has reached 100% completion.

Plans for April:

1. In April, we plan to fully complete brickwork up to the 16th floor.

2. Continue balcony installation on all sides of the building. On the main, side, and rear faсades, installation of brackets, metal structures, and fiber cement panels will be brought to 100%.

3. Advance the heating system installation up to the 16th floor:

- Heating manifolds – 80%
- Water supply manifolds – 80%
- Radiators – 50%

4. Complete SPOK faсade transitions on the 1st and 2nd floors.

5. Finalize internal plastering and screed works from the 11th to the 15th floors.
