
CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF S1 OBOLON. FEBRUARY 2026
February Results
In February, construction works continued with adjustments for winter temperatures. The main focus was on brickwork and façade elements.
Bricklaying of internal walls was completed on the 11th and 16th floors. On the 12th floor, works are 80% complete, and on the 13th floor — 20%.
Balcony installation works continued actively.
- On the avenue side, bracket installation reached 80%, metal structures — 60%, and fiber cement panels — 50%.
- On the Varus side, brackets were installed at 80% and metal structures at 50%.
- On the rear façade, bracket installation has started and reached 20%.
The SPOK façade on the 1st–2nd floors reached 60% completion.
Due to the cold period, works on heating systems, internal plastering, floor-by-floor screeding, and monolithic works were temporarily suspended.
Plans for March
In March, we plan to complete bricklaying of internal walls on the 11th–13th and 16th floors.
We will also actively continue balcony enclosure works:
- on the avenue and Varus sides — bringing all installation stages to 80%;
- on the rear façade — reaching 40% completion for brackets, metal structures, and fiber cement panels.
The SPOK facade on the 1st–2nd floors is planned to be fully completed.
In addition, a phased resumption of heating system works will begin, including installation of heating and water supply manifolds, radiator installation, and completion of the basement drainage system.
