CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS S1 POZNIAKY — FEBRUARY 2026

February Results
In February, construction works at the S1 Pozniaky site focused on preparatory and foundation stages.

The pile field installation reached its final phase. Soil preparation works continued ahead of pile cap installation, and construction of pile caps for the high-rise section of the building began.

Additional technical works were initiated, including layered backfilling, waterproofing for vertical structures, and installation of lightning protection elements within reinforced concrete pile cap structures.

Plans for March
In March, we plan to fully complete the pile field installation and significantly accelerate pile cap preparation works.

Key priorities include:

• active continuation of pile cap construction;
• increased volumes of layered backfilling;
• further lightning protection installation;
• commencement of vertical structures for the basement level.
