CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF S1 POZNIAKY. JANUARY 2026

In January, the construction team focused on key preparatory and foundation stages that form the basis for the further development of the project.

During the month, the tower crane was fully installed and is now actively operating on the construction site. Works on the pile foundation have been completed by 65 percent. The ramp has also been dismantled, and the site has moved into an active phase of construction.

In January, preparation works for the pile caps of the high rise section of the building began, and the first stages of their installation were completed. At the same time, reinforcement cages are being fabricated. Even in winter conditions, the site remains fully operational, with regular snow and ice removal.

In February, the team plans to fully complete the pile foundation, carry out a significant portion of the pile caps for the high rise section, move on to backfilling, and begin the construction of vertical structures at the basement level.
