January Results

During the month, the floor-by-floor heating system on the 6th floor was fully completed. The SPOK facade on the 1st and 2nd floors reached 50% completion.
Active work also continued on the balconies facing the avenue: installation of brackets and metal structures reached 80%, while fiber cement panels were installed by 40%.

Works on Hold

Due to the cold season, brickwork, interior plastering, floor-by-floor screed, and monolithic works were temporarily suspended.

Plans for February

In February, we plan to return to an active phase of brickwork. Construction on the 11th and 16th floors is expected to be fully completed, the 12th floor to reach 80%, the 13th floor 20%.

Balcony works will also continue. On the avenue side, installation of metal structures and fiber cement panels is planned to reach 60%. On the Varus side, installation of brackets and metal structures will continue, while the rear facade will see the first stages of bracket installation.

The SPOK facade on the 1st and 2nd floors is planned to reach 60% completion in February. Meanwhile, the heating system, interior works, and monolithic stages will remain on hold until weather conditions stabilize.
