CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF S1 POZNYAKI. DECEMBER 2025

In December 2025, the construction site remained active, with preparatory and foundation works progressing as planned. The focus was on completing key groundwork elements and preparing for the next construction phases.

Work completed in December 2025:
- Excavation of the foundation pit to the design level, including off-site soil removal, has been completed
- Protective fencing along the perimeter of the excavation pit has been installed in full
- Dismantling of test pile clusters and preparation for the pile field installation have been completed
- The foundation for the tower crane has been constructed
- Installation of the pile field is ongoing — 45% completed
- Tower crane installation is nearing completion — 95% complete
- Concrete blinding works for pile caps (grillages) have commenced — 5% completed

Plans for January 2026:
- Complete the installation of the tower crane
- Complete the installation of the pile field
- Continue concrete blinding works for pile caps of the high-rise part of the building — up to 85%
- Commence and carry out the construction of pile caps (grillages) for the high-rise part of the building — up to 55%
