CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF S1 OBOLON. NOVEMBER 2025

In November, the S1 Obolon team continued active work. Below is a detailed report of the completed works.

Completed:

Brickwork:
- 10th, 14th, 15th floors — 100%
- 6th floor — 70%

Facade:
- Wet facade up to the 15th floor — 50–100%
- Balcony railings — bracket installation (70%), metal structures (40%)

Window installation:
- 15th floor — 100%

Interior works:
- Heating (3rd–8th floors) — 100%
- Plastering (3rd–8th floors) — 100%
- Balcony screed (8th–11th floors) — 100%
- Floor screed (3rd–8th floors) — 100%

Plans for December:
- Completion of brickwork on the 6th, 11th, and 16th floors
- Installation of facade systems and fibre-cement panels
- Heating and plastering works on the 2nd and 6th floors
- Floor screed on the 2nd, 6th, 9th, and 10th floors
