S1 Terminal construction reaches the final stage

In September, construction of S1 Terminal entered its final stage.
The focus is now on completing the building’s key external elements, with the overall readiness nearing 100%.

Completed in September:

- Ventilated facade (4th–25th floors) — 95%

- Canopy metal structure installation (Sicheslavska St.) — 100%

- Four-storey annex near the main entrance — 90%

Plans for October:

- Complete the ventilated facade (100%)

- Finish the annex near the main entrance (100%)

S1 Terminal is on the home stretch: major structural works are being finalized, moving the project closer to completion and commissioning.
