CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF S1 TERMINAL. AUGUST 2025

Construction progress at Terminal — August 2025

In August, the Terminal project reached important milestones:

- completed installation of fiber cement façade panels on the PH side (100%);

- finished insulation, substructure installation, and cladding with “Parus” fiber cement panels (100%);

- continued construction of the four-story extension near the PH (70%).

Plans for September 2025:

- full completion of ventilated façade works from the 4th to the 25th floor (100%);

- installation of metal canopy structures on Sicheslavska Street (100%);

- completion of the four-story extension near the PH (100%).

Construction is moving forward steadily and on schedule.
