CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF S1 OBOLON. AUGUST 2025

In August, we continued active construction works at S1 Obolon.

- Completed bricklaying of internal walls on the 4th floor (100%) and 80% on the 8th floor.

- Fully installed window constructions on the 10th–12th floors.

- Finished rough wet façade works on the 3rd–8th floors (100%), as well as partially on the 9th–11th floors (50%).

- Started balcony railing installation.

- Completed ventilation and sewage risers up to the 15th floor, and 70% of heating risers.

Plans for September 2025 include:

- bricklaying on the 5th–9th floors;

- window installation on the 13th–14th floors;

- continuation of façade works and balcony railings;

- completion of heating and water supply risers up to the 15th floor;

- interior plastering on the 3rd–4th floors;

- screed works on balconies of the 3rd–7th floors.
