CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF S1 OBOLON. JULY 2025

We’re excited to share the July 2025 construction update for S1 Obolon and plans for August:

In July, the team focused on façade works, window installation, and brickwork.
We completed window installation on floors 3 and 5–9, finished 50% of internal wall masonry on the 4th floor, and completed 90% of the rough finishing of the wet facade on floors 3–8.
Installation of balcony railings has begun.

In August, we plan to install windows on floors 10–13, complete the rough façade finishing up to the 8th floor, and carry out works on floors 9–11.
Installation of engineering risers is also ongoing up to the 15th floor.
