CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF S1 TERMINAL. JUNE 2025

In June 2025, significant progress was made at the Terminal construction site. Fiber cement panel installation on the HVAC side reached 75%, along with 75% completion of insulation and subsystem installation with fiber cement “PARUS.”
Construction of the four-story annex near the HVAC system is underway, currently at 20% completion. Waterproofing of the water meter unit and all preparatory work for the heating point installation have been completed.

Plans for July:
In July, the team plans to fully complete the facade panel installation and insulation, as well as reach 50% completion of the annex construction.
