Construction Progress of S1 Obolon: June Results and Plans for July 2025
In June, the S1 Obolon construction team continued actively advancing key stages of the project. Special focus was placed on facade works, window installation, and bricklaying — processes that significantly affect both the building’s external appearance and the pace of moving towards interior finishing works.
What Has Been Accomplished
Specifically, the bricklaying of the facade section on the upper floors — the 14th and 15th — has been completed. This means the building is taking its final shape and is ready for the next phase of facade finishing.
Window installation is also progressing. In June, windows were fully installed on the 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 7th floors.
Work on the “wet facade” continues — this is the rough coating that prepares the building for the final decorative layer. By the end of the month, 70% of this work was completed on the 3rd to 6th floors, and 40% on the 7th floor.
Plans for July
In July, the construction team will focus on further development of internal and external structures. In particular, 50% of the bricklaying of internal walls on the 4th floor is planned.
Window installation will continue, with the goal to fully complete window mounting on the 8th and 9th floors. Meanwhile, work on the “wet facade” is expected to reach 90% completion on floors 3 through 8.
Additionally, July will mark the start of a new stage — installation of balcony railings. This is an important part of the building’s exterior architecture and the safety of future residents.
