S1 Obolon Construction Progress: May 2025

Construction Progress at S1 Obolon: May 2025 and Plans for June

In May, the S1 Obolon project successfully completed several key construction milestones. The installation of vertical elements and the concrete slab on the 16th floor was fully finished, allowing the team to move on to the next structural works. Additionally, the brickwork for the facade on the 11th, 12th, and 13th floors was completed, significantly advancing the facade construction upwards. All window structures on the 4th floor have been installed, and the facade received its initial rough finish using the wet plaster method — this stage was also completed 100%.

In June, the plan is to complete the brickwork of the facade on the 14th and 15th floors. Furthermore, all windows on the 3rd floor will be fully installed, with window installation continuing on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors. The schedule also includes finishing the wet plaster facade on the 3rd, 5th, and 6th floors, which will bring the building’s facade closer to completion.

Each month brings S1 Obolon closer to launching a rental business with planned returns for investors.
