CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF S1 TERMINAL. APRIL 2025

In April, 60% of the brackets, insulation, and aluminum profiles for the ventilated facade system were installed (floors 7–24, excluding the 22nd floor) at the Terminal project.

40% of aluminum window and door system production and installation has been completed.

In May, we plan to reach 80% completion of facade works, 100% installation of window and door systems, complete the construction of the water metering unit, and start building the four-story annex.

The work is progressing on schedule.
