CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF S1 OBOLON. APRIL 2025

In April, we completed the vertical structures and slab for the 15th floor at S1 Obolon. Works on the 16th floor have already started with 20% completion.

Brick facade works on the 9th and 10th floors are fully completed.

In May, we plan to complete the 16th floor, build brick facades on the 11th–12th floors, install window structures on the 4th–6th floors, and begin rough finishing of the wet facade.

Construction is progressing according to schedule.
