Update on S1 Obolon Commissioning Timeline

Dear Investors,

We sincerely appreciate your trust and are committed to maintaining open and transparent communication with you. That’s why we want to inform you in advance about a change in the timeline for the S1 Obolon project.

Due to current challenges facing the construction industry under martial law — in particular, a shortage of qualified personnel among subcontractors caused by the ongoing military actions — we are compelled to postpone the commissioning of the building to July 2026.

This is not an easy decision, but a considered one. It will allow us to maintain the high construction quality and deliver the project in line with the standards we’ve upheld from day one.
