Construction News S1 Obolon: what was done in October 2024 and plans for November
In October, several key stages of construction were completed at the S1 Obolon project:
- We completed the installation of floor slabs on the seventh and eighth floors - 100% readiness.
- The vertical elements of the eighth floor are 100% ready.
- The brickwork of the second floor is fully completed (100%).
- The facade masonry of the fourth floor has been completed and work has begun on the third floor, with 20% completed.

What are we planning for November?
- Complete the vertical elements of the ninth floor and the floor slab (100%).
- Start work on the vertical elements of the tenth floor (50%).
- Complete the facade brickwork on the fifth and sixth floors (100%).

November promises to be no less productive, and we are confidently approaching the completion of this important project!
