The course of the project construction in October
As on 16.10.2018 the following works are performed on the construction:
1. Construction of the complex of buildings is fully completed
2. Installation of external walls continues
The brickwork in the section "A" is finished from 8 to 14 floor also on 17, 19, 20, 22 and 15, 18, 21, 23, 24 floors is conducted, and in section "B" brick floors from 3 to 24 fully completed.
3. Stair marches mounted
The work on their installation is completed in both sections of the complex.
4. Installation of the ventilation system
In section "A" the work on their installation continues - they are completely mounted from 3 to 24 floor, and in section "B" these works are already fully completed.
5. Installation of windows
The warmth and sound insulation will be provided by windows of German quality Rehau Euro-Design 70. In sections "A" the windows mounted on 3 - 14 and 16, 17, 19, 20, 22 floors, work continues. Construction and installation work is carried out on the arrangement of a glass facade of 1-2 floors, installation of a frame. In section "B" the windows are mounted from the 3rd to the 24th floor.
6. Work on the installation of plumbing and other engineering systems is under way
In the section "A" are carried out works on the installation of engineering networks, sewer risers in apartments mounted from 3 to 13 floor. The stoves of the HV GV heating drainage are mounted on the 3rd to 12th floor. Combs on risers mounted on 80%. District heating pipes are made on apartments 4 to 13 and 19 floors.
In section "B" sewer risers are mounted from the 3rd to the 24th floor. The first zone of water supply and heating risers from 3 to 12 floor is mounted on 100%. Work began on the installation of the second water supply zone from 13 to 24 floor. District heating pipes are made on floors 4-18 and 20.
7. The floor screed is completed
In the section "A" work on the installation of a screed of the floor 4 - 13 and 19 floors are executed, in section "B" on 4 - 18 and 20 floors.
8. Facade insulation
In section "A" works on the installation of insulation of the facade from 3 to 14 th floor are performed. In section "B", the work on insulation and installation of the ventilated facade in the 11 / 2-12 / 2 axes from the 1st to the 22nd floor was made on 97%.
9. Plastering works
In the section "A" works are carried out on applying plaster walls 8, 11, 12, 13, 14th floors, executed on 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10th floor. In section "B" the work on applying plaster walls 9, 11, 17, 19, 22 floors, plaster is executed on 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 floors.
10. Installation of the front door
In two sections, work is done on the installation of apartment doors: in section "A" on the 4-5 floor, and in section "B" - works are executed on 5, 6, 7, 8 floors.
11. Finishing of apartments
In the section "B" the finishing works of apartments on the 5 - 8 floors were started.
