S1 Obolon: Construction Progress Report for October 2025

Work at S1 Obolon continues steadily across multiple sections of the building.

Completed in October:
1. Brickwork (interior walls):
- 5th, 7th, 9th floors — 100%;
- 14th floor — 50%.

2. Window installation: 15th floor — 100%.

3. Wet façade (base layer):
- 12th floor — 100%;
- 13th, 14th floors — 50%.

4. Balcony railings (Obolonskyi Ave. side):
- Bracket installation — 50%;
- Metal structures — 40%.

5. Floor-by-floor heating system:
- 4th, 8th floors — 90%.

6. Interior plastering:
- 3rd, 8th floors — 100%.

7. Balcony screed:
- 3rd–7th floors — 100%.

Plans for November:
- Continue brickwork on the 6th, 10th, 14th, and 15th floors (up to 100%).
- Complete window installation on the 16th floor.
- Advance façade works (up to 70% on 13th–14th floors, 50% on 15th).
- Continue balcony railing installation and start mounting fiber cement panels.
- Complete internal works: plastering (4th, 5th, 7th floors), balcony screed (8th–11th floors), and monolithic work on the 17th floor (50%).

The S1 Obolon team maintains a consistent pace, keeping the project on schedule.
